Food for thought...

Don't let the gains outweigh your blessings of promises. While reading the time when God told Moses that he would give them the blessings and promises of the land of Cannan, this came to my mind. I do believe it is fitting. Number 13:17-31. Numbers 14:6-9

These men saw the blessings of promises that God told them were to be theirs. How many times does God tell us that there would be blessings with his promises? Those men were impressed with the evidence of bountiful blessings that were to be associated with the promises that God would give them. It was before them, ready for the taking. Yet, the people allowed fear to grip them because of the words of some telling them what they were focused on, the people of great multitudes and the giants in the land. Caleb and Joshua were of different positions. They believed God was giving it to them. They had faith believing. 

 

 God is for us, not against us. He will not take us somewhere just to let our enemy overcome us. Greater is HE that is in us and for us, than the giants in the land of Promise.
